Iconic Blue Mountains hotel Lilianfels has an exciting opportunity for casual Housekeepers to join our passionate team in Katoomba, Blue Mountains. As a member of our wider Salter Brothers Hospitality team, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful experiences for both our guests and teammates through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

About Lilianfels

Recently rejuvenated and located in the heart of the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains National Park, just a 90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD is Lilianfels Resort & Spa. Set amidst two acres of manicured gardens adjacent to Echo Point, this 5-star resort boasts 85 rooms, multiple food and beverage offerings, a 13-metre heated outdoor infinity pool and a 10-metre indoor pool, sauna and spa.

The role and key duties

• Room servicing and check-out cleaning on a daily basis, to the Ardour brand quality standard;
• Cleaning the Restaurant, Spa and other common areas;
• Participating in our sustainability practices within housekeeping;
• Conducting inspections to monitor cleanliness of rooms & public areas.

Essential criteria required to be considered

• Previous housekeeping experience;
• Availability and willingness to work a rotating roster of weekdays and weekends;
• A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards;
• Reliable vehicle to commute to and from work.
