Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. All gift voucher redemption reservations are subject to availability and conditions may apply. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash exchange. Gift vouchers are only redeemable at the Worlds Apart® collection of properties operated by Salter Brothers Hospitality found on www.worldsapart.club. Vouchers are not valid at Eliva Spa Coogee, Rick Stein Coogee Beach or Hydro Majestic Pavilion. The gift voucher may be used to purchase any goods and/or services at those properties. Gift vouchers are issued for personal use only and must not be resold, transferred, or used for any commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes without prior written consent from Salter Brothers Hospitality. Vouchers may, however, be donated or used in support of charitable events or fundraising activities, provided they are not sold for profit or otherwise commercially exploited. Only cash value vouchers are partially redeemable. Please note that lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced. When making a booking, please quote the gift voucher number. Voucher bookings are subject to standard property cancellation policies. Gift vouchers must be presented on the day of redemption. Please note surcharges and minimum length of stay may apply when booking on Friday and/or Saturday night or on long weekend/public holiday/special event dates.
