The Role

Spicers Peak Lodge are seeking a part-time (30 hrs) Housekeeper to join our passionate team at a Luxury Lodge of Australia. As a member of our wider Salter Brothers Hospitality team, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful experiences for both our guests and teammates through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The role and key duties

  • Room servicing and check-out cleaning on a daily basis, to the Spicers brand quality standard;
  • Cleaning the Restaurant, Spa and other common areas;
  • Participating in our sustainability practices within housekeeping;
  • Conducting inspections to monitor cleanliness of rooms & public areas.

Essential Criteria required to be considered

  • Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment;
  • Ability and willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;
  • Reliable transport to get to and from the retreat;
  • Be located close to our retreat or be willing to relocate.
