Lilianfels, soon to reopen as Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains, is excited to offer opportunities for part-time and full-time Food & Beverage staff including F&B Attendants, Bartenders and F&B Supervisors, to join our passionate team across multiple outlets at Lilianfels. In this role, you’ll help bring our bespoke luxury service to life - delivering warm, memorable experiences for every guest and contributing to the continued success of our award‑winning venues.

About Lilianfels

Located in the heart of the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains National Park and just a 90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD is Lilianfels Resort & Spa. Set amidst two acres of manicured gardens adjacent to Echo Point, this 5-star resort boasts 85 rooms, multiple food and beverage offerings, a 13-metre heated outdoor infinity pool and a 10-metre indoor pool, sauna and spa.

The role and key duties

• Curate an unforgettable and personalised service experience for our guests from start to finish;
• Ensure the restaurant is presented to a high standard at all times, oversee the setup and breakdown of dining areas, assist with the setup and service of special events, banquets, and private functions as needed;
• Make & serve alcoholic beverages (bartenders);
• Forge relationships with guests and locals to promote clientele loyalty & retention;
• Maximize and identify opportunities to sell products & experiences that suit the needs of our guests;
• Process payments accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and room charges according to hotel policies;
• Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations at all times.

Essential criteria required to be considered

• Prior experience in a la carte restaurant environment;
• RSA & competency card (essential)
• A genuine love for great food & wine, a talent for customer service and a vibrant, outgoing nature;
• Ability and willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;
• Reliable vehicle to get to and from the retreat;
• Located close to our restaurant or a willingness to relocate.
