Your key responsibilities;

  • Create Memorable Experiences: Craft unforgettable and personalized experiences for our guests from start to finish.
  • Build Relationships: Develop loyal connections with guests and locals to encourage repeat visits.
  • Drive Sales: Identify and maximize opportunities to sell products and experiences that meet our guests' needs.
  • Manage Finances: Oversee financial aspects, including beverage and wage costs.
  • Lead Your Team: Coach and inspire your restaurant team to maintain high service and quality standards.
  • Innovate: Continuously seek ways to enhance our service offerings and guest experiences.
  • Ensure Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.

  • Experience: Previous experience in fine dining or a hatted restaurant environment is essential.

  • Qualifications: WSET Level 2 or CMS certification is desirable.

  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage a profitable restaurant.
