We have an exciting new opportunity for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team at The Convent Hunter Valley, located in the heart of Pokolbin.
You will be an integral part of delivering our personalised and bespoke experience to our guests.
About The Convent Hunter Valley
With 19 intimate guest-rooms and suites, The Convent offers a range of accommodation options to meet the needs of every guest, each of which has been lovingly crafted to embrace you in the comforts of a grand manor house. A short stroll down the tree-lined driveway is Circa 1876, located in an historic cottage on the picturesque grounds of Roscrea Estate. Circa 1876 quite literally brings the ‘farm to fork’ ethos to life as guests overlook the organic kitchen garden and overlooking the Wisteria Courtyard.
The role and key duties;
- Showcase our dining offering to our guests with a passionate narration of dish components;
- Suggest beverage options according to guests preferences;
- Curating an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish.
Essential criteria required to be considered;
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment, ideally from a high end, hatted or fine dining restaurant;
- Vibrant and outgoing nature, with a passion for genuine customer service and creating those memorable moments;
- A passion for food & wine;
- Ability and willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;
- Strong understanding of a sequence of service and ability to manage a section;
- Barista and cocktail experience (preferred).
