This role is responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing performance across the Salter Brothers Hospitality portfolio of brands, hotels and tourism assets. Combining strategic planning with hands-on channel management, you will drive qualified demand, direct revenue, guest engagement and brand visibility through data-driven digital marketing initiatives. Based within our Central Services team, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of Australia's leading hospitality and tourism portfolios

The role and key duties; 

  • Execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue growth across the Salter Brothers Hospitality portfolio.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, metasearch and affiliate channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analytics and reporting to deliver measurable business outcomes and return on investment.
  • Develop audience segmentation, CRM strategies and automated customer journeys to enhance the guest lifecycle.
  • Build, test and optimise EDM campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Manage and maintain website content, landing pages and digital assets across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate SEO, GEO and content optimisation initiatives to improve visibility, traffic and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams and agency partners to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Manage campaign operations, budgets, project delivery and performance reporting.
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies and opportunities to continuously improve digital marketing performance.

Essential criteria required to be considered;

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Digital Marketing, E-commerce or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Experience developing and executing paid media, email marketing and customer journey campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing website content through a CMS.
  • Hospitality, tourism or travel industry experience will be highly regarded.
