Parklands Blue Mountains launch Lakeside Canopies
There’s a new hidden gem in the Blue Mountains for couples looking for an intimate and peaceful getaway immersed in nature, launched just in time for the Easter and Anzac Day weekends. Set within a sprawling 28-acre heritage estate in Blackheath, Parklands Blue Mountain’s new premium Lakeside Canopy tents offer a secluded hideaway nestled in the lush gardens of the estate, positioned alongside the property’s private lake. This is super-elevated glamping with the trimmings of a hotel stay, including Parkland’s luxury day spa.
Each Lakeside Canopy interior is designed to invite the outside in with seamless indoor/outdoor floorplans across a spacious 53 sqm. A natural, muted colour palette with chandeliered canopy ceilings and sheer curtains create the perfect setting for a luxurious glamping experience. Sleek ensuite bathrooms, plush beds, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and built-in kitchenettes complete the indoor facilities. Guests can enjoy slow afternoons outdoors on the Canopy’s sun deck, soak up the tranquil surrounds in the free-standing outdoor bathtub and enjoy evenings beneath the stars by the outdoor firepit. An overnight stay in Parklands’ new Lakeside Canopies includes either breakfast in-room or in the main homestead. Guests also have full use of the property’s facilities including Parklands Day Spa and guest lounge positioned in the main lodge surrounded by the estate’s extensive manicured gardens.
