We have an exciting new opportunity at Spicers Vineyards Estate for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our talented team.
As our new Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be an integral part of delivering the bespoke Spicers Retreats experience to our guests.
As we prepare to unveil a stunning transformation, our beloved Restaurant Botanica is undergoing a full refurbishment and will reopen in September with a fresh new look, elevated dining concept, and state-of-the-art kitchen.

In the heart of Pokolbin, Spicers Vineyards Estate is an intimate escape for food and wine lovers. Nestled on its own private, four-acre vineyard, the estate is the Hunter’s finest example of seclusion and privacy in a luxury setting. Set within the estate, Restaurant Botanica showcases Australian-grown ingredients and utilises classic and modern French techniques.
Here's what you'll do
- Curate an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish.
- Forge loyal relationships with guests and locals to promote repeated clientele.
- Maximize and identify opportunities to sell products & experiences that suit the needs of our guests.
- Management of financial cost measures including beverage and wage costs.
- Coaching of your restaurant team to uphold service and quality standards.
This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role
- Prior experience in fine dining or hatted restaurant environment (essential).
- A genuine love for great food & wine.
- WSET level 2 or CMS certification (desirable).
- Experience in leading a team to success.
- Demonstrated financial acumen in relation to running a profitable restaurant.
- A talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature.
